I. Организационный момент
Good morning everybody! I am glad to see you! Today we
finish our grammar theme "Comparison of adjectives."
II. Грамматическая зарядка.
Use CD "Grammar Land"/Exercises/ Adjectives/
Degrees of Comparison of Adjectives. Choose the second
exercise and do it. You have to listen to the word and to
find it among other words. Try to remember the words. We
need some of them in our further work. Don't forget to put
your headphones on.
III. Comparison of adjectives.
Look at the blackboard and read the adjectives high,
small, comfortable, big, cheap, little, fat, dirty,
interesting, significant, good, bad.
Divide them into
monosyllabic adjectives |

irregular adjectives |

What is the common rule of forming the degrees of
comparison? How do the polysyllabic adjectives form the
comparison of adjectives?
Use CD "Grammar Land"/Exercises/ Adjectives/
Degrees of Comparison of Adjectives. Choose the first
exercise and do it.

How are cats and dogs different? Write down some words
which describe how they look and what they are like. Use
